It’s amazing that this topic didn’t get more play than it did during breast cancer month – it got barely any at all. Researchers have discovered a virus – adeno-associated virus type 2 (AAV2) – that feasts on cancer cells and will kill any grade of breast cancer “within seven days.” At least, that’s the preliminary verdict. As is usually the case, more studies are in order. But it sure looks a lot like significant progress
