I LOVE HANNAH

I love her attitude. And you will too. Promise. As I watched this, I thought of my own encounters with cancer and the many people I know who have been and are locked in a face-to-face duel with this scourge. I thought of the lonely hours, the sleepless nights, the fear of the unknown, how fleeting and precious life is, the friends and family who stand at our side through all the uncertainties, and the amazing nurses and doctors who try their level best to help us – and often succeed. As I did all of that, I vowed that I would always remember – if I was cured – that next week, next year, ten years ahead, there will still be beds full of cancer patients in every hospital in every city, around the world. Hannah’s story helps keep that memory fresh. This video isn’t brief, but it’s well worth your time.
