That’s right. Here is a Hump Day Hiatus that might make the rest of this week – and the rest of this year – more productive, less stressful, and therefore healthier. Procrastination is stress and anxiety’s best friend, and stress and anxiety are no friends to our heart, our sleep, our family relationships, our work performance, our self-esteem…and on and on the list goes. If you battle procrastination you might be tempted to watch this later. WATCH IT NOW! It won’t provide the cure all by itself, that’s for sure. But every bit of support and assistance that leads us procrastinators in the proper direction is a good thing.
