Let us hope not. Why would anyone who cares about his health be a smoker in the first place? As posted yesterday, though, there is no shortage of people who seem to have little concern for their own (and their family’s) health and well-being, and then display further disregard for everyone by tossing their butts out the window to pollute the environment.
