I think the UK is the source of this clever Public Service Announcement. It’s timely, since every November’s Great American Smokeout puts the focus, at least for one day, on butting out. And it’s coming right up. This year’s smokeout is Nov. 21. If you’re a smoker, go ahead and do it. Start to prepare yourself mentally right now. You really should. What if, as the PSA suggests, this year’s smokeout is your last chance?
