…this must be Belgium. Or in this case Hong Kong. But it could just as well be anyplace where people think they can safely drive while texting. (And that’s quite a few of us, isn’t it?) Or if not texting, merely reading an incoming text. That’s safe, right? Or is it? Watch what happens.
