• GO TO BED EARLY — We promise you, it’s not a crime to turn in early. Get the sleep you’ve been cheating yourself out of. Act One might be to get in bed with that book you’re reading and unwind for a few pages before you kill the lights. Bed + TV = a bad combination. Leave it off, or better yet, get it out of your bedroom.
