What do I hate today? Waiting. Even if I have something good to read (which is always), it’s still not cool to be asked to be on time for an appointment (at a doctor’s office, for example), and in fact, arrive slightly early, only to wait. And wait. And then wait some more. (Personally, I leave after exactly one hour. I will guarantee that in writing.) And then you are called back at long last, only to be put in another room for additional waiting. I recently had a 9:30 appointment from which I left at 12:30. Total face time with medical personnel: maybe ten minutes tops.
